Layin' round with my baby girl
I never wanna let her go
Some of you, yah, you freak me out
I never wanna leave my home
Cuz when i do you
You stare me down
Staring at the way that i walk
Most of you, yah, you bum me out
It kills me just to hear you talk
There's always shit
I don't wanna deal with
There's always places
I don't wanna go
There's gonna be things in life
That you'd never ask for
So what else am i supposed to do
But fuck it all cause it's all for you
Layin' round with my baby girl
I never wanna let her go
Some of you, yah, you freak me out
I never wanna leave my home
You'll never get it, so just forget it
I keep on walking on by
Hard to admit it but fuck the critics
None of you are worth my time
This album is one of very few 10 out of 10s in my book, not just in heavy alternative/ hardcore but music in general. Every single one of these songs is fantastic and P. Kindlon never fails to add an unmistakable sense of humor to it all in his lyrics. Just an absolutely amazing album front to back ellis_boyd_redding
This entire album rips. I've had this on repeated play several times since it came out. I wish I had heard it a week earlier when they played in Boston. One of my fav albums in this genre period. slimes
A friend with a reliably fine musical taste posted this album on FB and I wasn't disappointed. Love the guitar sound and the passionate vocals (melodic enough to not pass as screamo or whatever). Punk rock spirit yet with a lot of dynamics (definitely a yes to the Dischord reference) and compact songs that won't leave your head for a long time. Many many
great tunes on here but for the moment USMA and Lay Low have to be my favorites! Great band, very happy to have found them! perpendikel
